| Designed and
formulated to clean solvent, overcoatings, adhesives and sealers used
in gravure and flexographic printing. This chemistry is hetercyclic bipolan
compound. It cleans both solvent and water based materials. It is used
full strength as a hand wipe, immersion or automated in spray cleaner
(where permitted by law) and ultrasonics. Cleaning is accomplished at
room temperatures. It may be heated to a maximum operating temperature
of 123oF and comply with OSHA CFR 1910.108 when heated to this temperature.
Nutre Clean 175WS has a 174oF T.C.C. flash point and is always used full
strength. This solvent may be vacuum distilled or reclaimed using membrane
filtration system.
EFFECTIVE & ECONOMICAL High solvency cleans fast. This product is designed to water base and solvent based, over coatings, adhesives all at the same time. It's low vapor pressure and high soil loading capacity reduces solvent use and evaporative loss. Low odor enhances workplace conditions. Safety Reduces reporting requirements and eliminated hazards associated with leaks and spills. Non-toxic, by U.S. Government standards. Nutre Clean 175WS ingredients are not subject to reporting requirements of SARA 313 and 40 CFR 372. Packaging: Available in:
