Color Wash is a unique formulation that combines to loosen glaze, embedded ink,
and other residue while at the same time, reconditioning the rubber rollers.
Color Wash restores the receptivity of the rubber surface to ink and leaves them
velvety and pliable while prolonging their life.
Glaze can create streaking, roller stripping, and other press problems. Color Wash was
developed to combat these problems and restore the rollers for proper function. It
increases faster color change, saving time and extending roller life. Color Wash makes ink
easier to set and control, while eliminating extra wash-ups for color, thus saving
production time and cost.
Wash rollers with your usual solution. Finish the wash-up with 2-3 applications of
Color Wash solution. Color Wash may be applied directly to the rollers or with a soft
clean cloth.
