MTX Press Oil

Reduces the Temperature of your Equipment, Lower Than Synthetic Oil, or Complex Oil Additive Packages

We would like to help you extend your lubrication and increase productivity. No one likes to deal with greasing and changing oil. It is dirty and time consuming, especially when you have a lot more pressing concerns.

Benefits

Our products can provide you with a multitude of features to save you time and money.

Double your oil lubrication intervals. We have customers who have gone 30 months without changing their oil.

Cleaning and removing particulates, acids and buildup from lubrication system, bearings, bushings, and gears.

Cleans behind your seals making them more pliable and stopping leaks. Press metal will be clean.

Reducing temperature and friction, extending the life of the presses internal and expensive parts.

Reducing your equipment’s amperage, saving your company a small fortune in utilities.

Reducing noise and vibration due to our product’s unique abilities to help worn and damaged parts perform better.

Returning your oil to a recyclable state by emulsifying the impurities an putting them into filters.

Eliminating the rising costs of waste disposal for your lubrications.

Eliminating the need for synthetric oils and/or complex additive packages

Demonstration

This sounds fantastic, but we can provide it. Yes, it is quite simple. We have established an application criteria for demonstrating as well as I will explain.

Web Presses

Pick a gearbox , preferably one that has a duplicate on the same or similar press.

Check their initial temperatures after running a pre-determined amount of time under load. Save results for later.

The first step we will take is to ascertain the amount of concentrate to add. We can accomplish this with the information you provide.

The concentrate must remain in that location for a pre-determined time, then drained to clean the gearbox and remove oxidation and debris.

The next step is to change the oil to MTX blend oil and let it run for an additional pre-determined time.

You can then take your temperature readings. You now have proof.

Sheetfed Presses

Due to the amount of various press designs it would be easier to use the press with the smallest amount of oil in a reservoir type system.

Presses that use drip systems make it difficult to see immediate results. On these presses the oil reservoir to the gear box is the best place for demonstration.

Please take the time to do temperature and amp readings for later analysis.

As with the Web Presses, the first step is to put in a pre-determined amount of concentrate based on the oil capacity.

Let it run to the clean and remove oxidation and debris.

The next step is to drain the oil and remove all the waste and impurities. If you are testing a press with a re-circulating oil bath, it would be wise to have extra filters on hand to replace them at oil change.

Let the machine run for a pre-determined amount of time, which we will inform you of in advance.

Take your new temperature readings and compare. Now you have proof.

The demonstrations described above are for a oil comparison only. You can actually extend the amount of time between applications. The amount of extension time between the applications depend on the type of application.

The most common cause of mechanical failure is due to particularization ( the contamination of the lubricating fluid) MTX provides supplemental acid scavengers to counteract this problem. Plus the MTX will pick up and suspend the contaminants to be removed by the filtration system. Our MTX will also amaze you with cleaner equipment allowing you to see the abrasions and imperfections in the gear metals to provide you with visual inspection techniques.

Stopping Press Seal Leaks

Most typically the press’s oil leakage is of most concern, Especially if you use a Synthetic Type Oil. Your problems are very common and traceable to prolonged use of synthetics. MTX also contains plasticizers to help rejuvenate dried out seals and slow or stop oil leaks. MTX also contains penetrant’s to clean behind the seals springs allowing them to collapse and conform to their original shape and contour. Why continually drip oil on the floor causing waste and a safety hazard.

Remember that standard oil EP packaged or otherwise, are still boundary lubricants. They are not designed for and will not give you the benefits of reduced friction, amps and temperatures. They will not clean or remove the deposits left behind. Only MTX Metal Conditioner offers these outstanding benefits.

As you know, we stand behind our products 100%. We would not have achieved the sales success that we have without proof of performance. In closing, we would appreciate a simple demonstration as outlined to prove our products. The end result is that your equipment will run with much less heat, use much less electricity, and significantly reduce your bulk oil costs.
