| Designed and formulated
to clean solvent, overcoatings, adhesives and sealers used in gravure
and flexographic printing, mainly used in the Publication printers
for Toluene based inks. It is used full strength as a hand wipe, immersion
or automated in spray cleaner (where permitted by law) and ultrasonics.
Cleaning is accomplished at room temperatures. It may be heated to a maximum
operating temperature of 99oF in keeping compliance with OSHA CFR 1910.108
when heated. Nutre Clean 150 has a 149oF T.C.C. flash point and is always
used full strength. This solvent may be vacuum distilled or reclaimed
using membrane filtration technology.
Effective and Economical PerformanceHigh solvency cleans fast. It's low vapor pressure and high soil loading capacity reduces solvent use and evaporative loss. This product is designed for publication printers using Toluene inks. Packaging available in: 1 gallon, 5 gallon, 30 gallon drum, and 55 gallon drum, Totes and Tanker trucks
