Nutre Clean 170

Designed and formulated to clean solvent, overcoatings, adhesives and sealers used in gravure and flexographic printing including the tougher Type C inks. It is used full strength as a hand wipe, immersion or automated in spray cleaner (where permitted by law) and ultrasonics. Cleaning is accomplished at room temperatures. It may be heated to a maximum operating temperature of 124oF and comply with OSHA CFR 1910.108 when heated to this temperature. Nutre Clean 170 has a 174oF T.C.C. flash point and is always used full strength. This solvent may be vacuum distilled or reclaimed using membrane filtration technology.

Performance
High solvency cleans fast. It's low vapor pressure and high soil loading capacity reduces solvent use and evaporative loss. Low odor enhances workplace conditions. Excellent product for automated wash systems, cleans Nitrocellulose inks.

Biodegradable and Safe

Safety
Biodegradable for the environment, reduces reporting requirements and eliminated hazards associated with leaks and spills. Non-toxic, by U.S. Government standards. Nutre Clean 170 ingredients are not subject to reporting requirements of SARA 313 and 40 CFR 372.

Packaging available in: 1 gallon, 5 gallon, 30 gallon drum, and 55 gallon drum, Totes and Tanker trucks
