| Designed and
formulated to clean water based inks, overcoatings, adhesives and sealers
used in gravure and flexographic printing. It is used full strength as
a hand wipe, immersion or automated in spray cleaner and ultrasonics.
Cleaning is accomplished at room temperatures. It may be heated to a maximum
operating temperature of 180oF and does comply with OSHA CFR 1910.108
when heated to 214oF. Nutre Clean 350 has a 264oF T.C.C. flash point and
can be diluted with water. For best performance use at full strength.
This solvent may be reclaimed using membrane filtration technology.
Effective and Economical PerformanceHigh solvency cleans fast. Is extremely effective on Ammonia based inks. Effective ink remover and does not leave any residues behind. Excellent for water base / Ammonia inks. Biodegradable and Safe Biodegradable for the environment, reduces reporting requirements and eliminated hazards associated with leaks and spills. Non-toxic, by U.S. Government standards. Nutre Clean 350 ingredients are not subject to reporting requirements of SARA 313 and 40 CFR 372.
