Nutre Lube MTXTM

The Nutre LubeTM lubrication products for all types of equipment have proven results in overall reduction of costly maintenance repairs. Other touted benefits have been Nutre Lube's ability to lower amperage usage and reduce seal leaks on major equipment.

The Nutre LubeTM product line consists of a family of metal conditioning products to treat web/sheet and Roto/Flexo printing presses, folding and binding equipment in the printing field. These products also have been used with exceptional results in industrial equipment in textile plants, cogeneration plants, and other general industries.

Some Facts on What MTX Does for Equipment

1. Internal clearances will be tighter, all without buildup.
2. Sharper transfer of spalling vibration which supports increase in the pre-load bearing.
3. High frequency reduction. Vibration paterns are consistent with surfaces of a bearing becoming harder and smoother.
4. MTX does not heat metal (e.g., damaged bearings, but MTX alters the effects of this damage as it relates to the press performance for a very long time (reported as continuing for four years in one plant).
5. Dynamic Solutions did another vibration analysis to Tanscon Corp. We did an N-900 20 months ago there and rechecked it last month. It has the same gains as when first treated. The oil is 22 months old and is still in the press.
6. MTX is the only product that will remove polymer-based oils out of a press.
7. MTX is the only product that can stop seal leaks if the seals are not torn (requires different application format to stop seal leaks).
8. MTX reduces amps, vibration, temperature, and noise. WE GUARANTEE IT!!
9. MTX contains no ingredients in amounts required for reporting under provisions of the Federal Government "SARA Section 313 Regulations, Title 3."
10. MTX products are sold in liquid and grease formats and are free of particultae and P.T.F.E.
11. Nutre Grease has proven to outperform manufacturers' stated mean time between failure. Statistics for major rotating equipment shows reduced maintenance costs and increase in up time and reliability.
12. Nu Pro products all work on the following basis: The effect of worn or damaged metal are altered by an ion exchange. This method produces a uniform hardened metal with no additional load to the equipment treated.
